This series includes apparel worn by Beryl during her lifetime. Of special interest are her wedding dress, shoes, and veil from 1936. Additional items include her going away dress, an evening dress, and athletic wear.

Custodial History

This dress was worn by Beryl Proctor Fenstemacher in the 1940s.

Physcial Description

This dress was worn in the 1940s. It is floor-length and has short puffy sleeves. It is made of a delicate and almost transparent white material with little blue flowers embroidered all over it. It is accompanied by an ivory slip that was worn underneath. It was a summer evening dress.
