Scope and Contents This series of the SMCL collection contain information pertaining to the finances of SMCL. The first box contains SMCL’s budgets from 1971-1987, the Conversion Grant (1984-1986), and the costs and bills associated with the Union List of Serials. The second box in the Financial Series includes the Planning Grant (1985-1986) along with the LSCA grants associated with the automation of SMCL (1985-1987).
