Biography

Elizabeth Rhoades Aykroyd is a native of the Exeter, NH, and received her BA from Wheaton College, Norton, Massachusetts, and her MA from the Wintethur Program in Early American Culture at the University of Delaware. She has worked at museums in New England and Virginia, as well as a U.S. Army museum in Germany. She is currently the curator of the Portsmouth Athenaeum and a board member of the Tuck Museum.
